GEC strives to maintain a healthy and safe work environment.  We carefully plan and maintain proper oversight to eliminate accidents and injuries.   The health and safety of our employee's are always our main priority.   

Training: All of our field employees have 40 hour HAZWOPER and yearly 8 hour refresher training, CPR/First aid, Certified Erosion Sediment Controlled lead (CESCL), UST decommissioning, CDL licensing, trenching, excavation safety training, and many of our people hold their flagger certs.  

GEC adopts a master health and safety plan that includes the following:

• weekly inspections
• safety meetings
• standard operating procedures
